Politica de Confidențialitate – FishingPulse

1. Informații colectate
- Date de cont: email, nume și poză de profil (prin Firebase Authentication);
- Locația GPS a partidelor de pescuit;
- Capturi: specie, greutate, lungime, momeală, imagine, distanță, băț de pescuit selectat;
- Date statistice: total capturi, greutate totală, momeala cea mai eficientă etc.;
- Date meteo (temperatură, presiune, faza lunii) prin Weather API;
- Abonamente: status (activ/inactiv), tip (lunar/anual), data expirării, transactionId.
Nu colectăm date de plată. Toate plățile sunt gestionate exclusiv de Google Play și App Store.
2. Scopul colectării
- Crearea și păstrarea jurnalului personal de pescuit;
- Sincronizarea datelor între dispozitive (Firebase);
- Afișarea locațiilor pe hartă (Google Maps);
- Completarea jurnalului cu date meteo (Weather API);
- Gestionarea abonamentelor Premium;
- Statistici și analize personalizate;
- Răspuns la solicitările de contact.
3. Baza legală
- Executarea contractului (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
- Interes legitim (Art. 6(1)(f)) – statistici interne și securitate;
- Obligații legale.
4. Stocarea și transferul datelor
- Local pe dispozitiv (SQLite);
- În Firebase (Google LLC) – servere UE/SUA cu SCC.
Terți implicați:
- Google LLC – Firebase și Google Maps;
- Weather API – primește coordonatele GPS pentru prognoză;
- RevenueCat – abonamente Premium (Firebase userId + transactionId, fără nume/email/card);
- Google Play / App Store – procesarea plăților.
Aplicația include funcționalități Google Maps.
Utilizarea Google Maps este supusă:
• Termenilor suplimentari
• Politicii Google
5. Perioada de păstrare
- Datele se păstrează cât timp contul este activ;
- La ștergere, datele se elimină din Firebase în max. 30 zile;
- Datele locale se șterg la dezinstalarea aplicației;
- După ștergere, datele nu mai pot fi recuperate.
6. Drepturile utilizatorului
- Acces la date; Rectificare; Ștergere („dreptul de a fi uitat”);
- Portabilitate; Restricționare; Opoziție;
- Fără decizii automatizate;
- Plângere la ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
7. Securitatea datelor
- Conexiuni criptate (HTTPS/TLS);
- Stocare criptată în Firebase;
- Autentificare prin Firebase Auth;
- Acces restricționat la date.
8. Minori
FishingPulse nu este destinată persoanelor sub 18 ani. Nu colectăm în mod conștient date de la minori. Dacă astfel de date sunt identificate, acestea vor fi șterse imediat.
9. Feedback
Datele trimise prin formularul de contact sunt folosite doar pentru a răspunde solicitării și pot fi șterse la cerere.
10. Abonamente Premium
Accesul Premium este disponibil doar cât timp abonamentul este activ și plătit. La expirare, accesul Premium este revocat automat, fără a afecta datele deja salvate.
11. Ștergerea datelor și a partidelor
La ștergerea contului, toate datele (capturi, locații, statistici, abonamente) se elimină din Firebase și din aplicație în max. 30 zile. Dacă o partidă este ștearsă, toate datele asociate dispar definitiv, fără recuperare.
12. Actualizarea politicii
Această Politică poate fi actualizată ocazional. Versiunea curentă este afișată în aplicație și marcată cu data ultimei actualizări. În cazul unor modificări importante, utilizatorii vor fi informați prin email.
13. Conformitate internațională
FishingPulse nu este destinată persoanelor sub 18 ani și nu procesează date protejate HIPAA.

Termeni și condiții / Termeni de utilizare (EULA) – FishingPulse
1. Acceptare
Prin descărcarea sau folosirea FishingPulse, accepți acești Termeni de utilizare (EULA) împreună cu Politica de Confidențialitate. Dacă nu ești de acord, nu utiliza aplicația.
2. Licență
Licență personală, neexclusivă, netransferabilă și revocabilă, doar pentru uz personal. Este interzisă copierea, distribuirea, decompilarea sau revânzarea aplicației.
3. Abonament Premium
FishingPulse oferă abonamente auto-reînnoibile (Lunar și Anual). Poate fi oferită o perioadă de probă gratuită (durata depinde de platformă și promoția curentă din magazin).
iOS (App Store / iTunes): Plata se va face în contul iTunes la confirmarea achiziției. Abonamentul se reînnoiește automat dacă reînnoirea nu este dezactivată cu cel puțin 24 de ore înainte de sfârșitul perioadei curente. Contul va fi taxat cu 24 de ore înainte de sfârșitul perioadei curente. Poți gestiona sau opri reînnoirea din Settings > [numele tău] > Subscriptions.
Android (Google Play): Plata se va face în contul Google Play la confirmarea achiziției. Abonamentul se reînnoiește automat dacă reînnoirea nu este dezactivată cu cel puțin 24 de ore înainte de sfârșitul perioadei curente. 4. Conținutul utilizatorului
Datele introduse (partide, capturi, poze, locații) îți aparțin. Ne acorzi o licență limitată de a le procesa și stoca exclusiv pentru funcționalitatea aplicației.
5. Restricții de utilizare
Este interzisă utilizarea abuzivă, hacking, distribuirea de cod malițios sau conținut ilegal/ofensator.
6. Disclaimer
FishingPulse oferă funcționalități bazate și pe date furnizate de terți (Weather API, Google Maps). Nu garantăm acuratețea absolută a acestor date, iar utilizarea aplicației se face pe propria răspundere.
7. Legea aplicabilă
Acești Termeni sunt guvernați de legislația Uniunii Europene și de legislația României, fără a afecta drepturile consumatorului prevăzute de legislația locală aplicabilă din țara ta de reședință. Litigiile se soluționează de instanțele competente din România.

Privacy Policy – FishingPulse

1. Data Collected
- Account data: email, name, profile picture (Firebase Authentication);
- GPS location of fishing sessions;
- Catches: species, weight, length, bait, image, distance, selected rod;
- Statistics: number of catches, total weight, most effective bait;
- Weather data (temperature, pressure, moon phase) via Weather API;
- Subscription: status (active/inactive), type (monthly/annual), expiry, transactionId.
No payment data is collected. All purchases are processed by Google Play or App Store.
2. Purpose
- Create and maintain a personal fishing journal;
- Sync data across devices (Firebase backup);
- Display sessions on Google Maps;
- Retrieve weather conditions via Weather API;
- Manage Premium subscriptions;
- Generate personalized stats;
- Respond to feedback requests.
3. Legal Basis
- Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) – internal stats, app security;
- Legal obligations.
4. Storage & Transfers
- Locally on device (SQLite);
- Firebase (Google LLC, EU/US, SCCs).
Shared with:
- Google LLC – Firebase & Google Maps;
- Weather API – receives GPS coordinates to return forecast;
- RevenueCat – subscription mgmt (Firebase userId + transactionId, no name/email/card);
- Google Play / App Store – payment processing only.
Includes Google Maps. Use is subject to Terms and Privacy Policy.
5. Retention
- Data kept while account is active;
- Deleted from Firebase within 30 days after account deletion;
- Local data removed upon uninstall;
- Irrecoverable once deleted.
6. Rights
- Access, Rectification, Erasure, Portability, Restriction, Objection;
- No automated decisions;
- Complaint to ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
7. Security
- HTTPS/TLS encryption;
- Encrypted Firebase storage;
- Firebase Auth;
- Restricted operator access.
8. Minors
FishingPulse is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If such data is identified, it will be deleted immediately.
9. Feedback
Messages sent via contact form are used solely for responding and may be deleted upon request.
10. Premium
Premium access is valid only while the subscription is active and paid. When expired, Premium is revoked without affecting saved data.
11. Deletion
When account is deleted, all related data is erased from Firebase/app within 30 days. When a session is deleted, all associated data is permanently removed without recovery.
12. Policy Updates
This Policy may be updated. The current version is shown in-app with the update date. For significant changes, users will be notified by email.
13. International
FishingPulse is not for users under 18 and does not process HIPAA-protected health data.

1. Acceptance
By downloading or using FishingPulse, you agree to these Terms of Use (EULA) together with the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. License
FishingPulse grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal purposes only. Copying, distributing, reverse engineering, or reselling the app is prohibited.
3. Premium Subscription
FishingPulse offers auto-renewable Premium subscriptions (Monthly and Yearly). A free trial may be offered (duration depends on the platform and the current store promotion).
iOS (App Store / iTunes): Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or turn off auto-renewal in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions.
Android (Google Play): Payment will be charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in Google Play > Account > Subscriptions.
4. User Content
Data you enter (sessions, catches, photos, locations) remains your property. You grant us a limited license to process and store it solely to provide the app’s functionality.
5. Restrictions
You may not misuse the app, hack, distribute harmful code, or use illegal/offensive content.
6. Disclaimer
FishingPulse provides features based on data from third parties (Weather API, Google Maps). We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of this data, and the use of the app is at your own responsibility.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and Romania, without affecting the consumer rights provided under the local laws applicable in your country of residence. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Romania.
